ONLY NEPOTISM IS PERSISTING OVER THE YEARS. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RELY ON ANYBODY OTHER THAN HIS FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE WORKING THERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY ULTIMATELY DOING HARM TO THE ORGANISATION.
