Management doesn't address our issues career growth is slow

Can't think of many. I stayed there for a brief period....well, unpretentious and warm people in the office.

Dislikes

I left early as I found the HR policy and work culture not progressive enough. The work culture lacks an efficient system/ facility. The management is deceptive in dealings.

The Organisation is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is highly skilled, motivated and committed for the noble cause of serving the disadvantaged rural people in the area of securing water for drinking and agriculture and making agriculture climate resilient. It provides ample learning opportunities and scope for career advancement. It ensures that the families are well taken care of by providing excellent social security measures.

Dislikes

Being working for the rural areas, it requires extensive travelling which at times becomes challenging work-life-family balance.
