Do not provides hikes or increment in salary. Salary will be same during joining to till work. Even after two years for years or many more years. They donot provide PF or medical to employees

If you're contractual employee then your contract will renew but no increment... The boss will never talk to any senior about increment of the salary... The company is just PSU but it act like worst than private

The work life is balanced. You can spend sufficient time with your family and friends. The job security is good. They can't fire you untill you do something that prompted them to do so.

Career growth is average but personal growth and salary increament is negligible but non negotiable.

Being as Mini Ratna PSE company it was my immense pleasure to serve here in water management division. There is a good working condition with CMS policy. I learned new Skills and experience about River Interlinking Project, AMRUT Project.

...staff as freelance staff, giving no any basic support and needful HRA allowance. Very tough reporting module, No better incremental in salary timely.
