Although I appreciate the hands-on experience, there are areas in management and workplace culture that could use improvement. With some changes, Wanderlooms could be an even better place to work.

You can be fired anytime without any notice.. there's no particular work distribution.. even if your in finance department you also have to work in operation helping them dispatch orders as well as maintain the inventory..
