The role has definitely helped me grow professionally, and I've learned a lot about solving real-world operational issues. However, the environment could sometimes be challenging. Although I appreciate the hands-on experience, there are areas in management and workplace culture that could use improvement. With some changes, Wanderlooms could be an even better place to work.
