Wrast company Company genrate very good revenue 30cr every month But salary alway delay every month more the 25 days no any date fix for salary cheting with material suppliers after geting material no payment pay to supplier when company give check to supplier Pressure to manager for geting material from supplier without mony Very bad politics People don't like who is not sout indin person unity of South Indian person His plant head# loose talk with electrical inspector and asking for his I'd card when inspector comes for annual inspection and blame to electrical manager you are not able to manage the electrical inspector Plant head Not understand tecnical problems He want 2500 kva load on 1500 kva transformer without any changes He want continue ups power without replacement of battery when battery life is over and damages Pressure to manager continues machine when machine is breakdown runing without any spare replacement without spare parts how it is possible

The compensation was good. You are allowed to bring yr views to the table. You are allowed to do business development. However all these were in practise when Mr Pasupathy was President API. Once he left the scenario has become very bad.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
