1) Except salary packages and appraisals everything is excellent. 2) HR policies must be revalidated and need to be renewed at par with the competetors, to arrest the attrition. 3) Especially MRs salaries must be revalidated and must be redesigned as per the market standards. 4) Everything like approvals are centralised. ...ted for growth, This is lowest paid organisation I worked in 15 years of career. Every employee all reporting 60 peoples always ask for salary hike because everyone is on very low package.

This is pure Lala company with dummy HR. They will give you any designation but package will be very low. I seen few Regional sales manager are on very low package 6-7 lakhs. Zero work life balance, manager's are running there own company with there own rules.

1-Salary is on time, financially strong house. 2-Brand like Drotin, Urispas, Martifur are well known to the Dr & Chemist. 3-Sale volume is high. 4-CTC, Allowances are standard for Managers. All the Poeple are getting good salary and deserving the same as per their capability and mindset. 5-Most of the Seniors & Teammates are very old and respecting to each other. Talking & helping to the new Joinees very respectfully.
