Good thing is only that the company is one of the best companies, there is good salary package good career opportunities and many things to learn

What i experienced is that although there r career opportunities but your growth or image depends on how your senior thinks about you and how much happy they r with you or your work. And also it depends on how is there way of management. They noticing the work you are doing or not. Proper justification of your performance is low. There should be more improvement in learnings and growth of teamleadings as well as team members. Proper division of work to be done or proper judgement is necessary. It is not good that if you have two associates then one is working so hard in much pressure and second one does merely and credit taking equally.

Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.

Bad managers They are not engineering managers but delivery managers micromanagement and I know a lady manager who doesn’t know the c of computer science but she is an engineering manager here

Bad Politics Leadership does not know people management Managers and Leadership does not know how to prioritize based on business need. No appreciation for contribution Too early and late meetings in India, working from 7AM to 1AM. Burned out.
