This is a kind of benefit to the workers.There is no discrimination between workers and staff in Walko. For those who want to get some education in real food, there is a lot to learn here at Walko QSR Company.Valco company is not just a company but the problems of the workers are also considered here and in this company all the workers are related to each other like a family.In my opinion, if this company continues like this, I can definitely say that one day it will reach a very high peak.

The Company is growing and will grow like anything. A good carrier for freshers. Learning is there but upto a limit. For experience its one of the best place to learn grom ground level to manager level

West Zone [Vivek Jaiswal (Area Manager)] is not at all good in handling team. He is not good in speaking with managers. Henceforth Company is good to work and learning but not with that person.

Company lacks strickness on few people in the organisation who are i to create nuisance. The is no strict supervision over them. They have their vendors/mediators linked to company purchasing dry ice and earn commission
