Pathetic employee compensation, If you are entering that time only negotiate for good package or else for next 5 years don't expect anything, owner centric management ,company centric approach is Missing.

Company lacks strickness on few people in the organisation who are i to create nuisance. The is no strict supervision over them. They have their vendors/mediators linked to company purchasing dry ice and earn commission
