The Company is growing and will grow like anything. A good carrier for freshers. Learning is there but upto a limit. For experience its one of the best place to learn grom ground level to manager level

West Zone [Vivek Jaiswal (Area Manager)] is not at all good in handling team. He is not good in speaking with managers. Henceforth Company is good to work and learning but not with that person.

Overall its growing brand pan india. There product undoubtedly is one the best and genuine one available in market.

Company lacks strickness on few people in the organisation who are i to create nuisance. The is no strict supervision over them. They have their vendors/mediators linked to company purchasing dry ice and earn commission

1) very Agressive company , with strong brand value of products like Nic ,Grameen 2) flexible in market 3) MD & CEO are very responsive and participate in every discussion with down line team and resolving issues

Top management trust lacks long term vision and create confusion in downline with random discussion

Currently company at a growing stage. There is a scope to explore qualities in us as we play multiple roles and resolving the issues.

There is no process to do any thing. Need to have SOPs to work efficiently.
