Salary benefits are OK but can be improved.

work life balance-company expects employee to work around the clock and whosoever resist comes in bad books. Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. There is complete disregard for hierarchy, for instance, an AVP might make unilateral decisions by consulting relatives bypassing direct repotees. The company culture revolves around whims of select few, known to founder, thier inner circle or extended network of relatives and associates working in the company.

Nothing, There's no scope to work longer, they force you first to join just to increase their numbers then anytime they can terminate you. There are no such policies to promote employees and encourage them. These people are only to demotivate you every time.

...ver appreciate. They don't have any projects and capital to pay their employees. They are hiring labors in the name of software engineers (freshers) only providing 10,000 salary per month. I was on top while working there, but they suddenly call me and say that they are terminating me. They didn't even give any reliving letter or experience letter. Neither they had given any notice period till the employee get another job. They can left anyone bare-handed. Worst experience I ever had. I lost my confidence because of this. Also getting suicidal thoughts.

...t in terms of workload, its too much work and stress with short span deadlines. There were salary cut-offs as well. But there are no benefits or appreciation. As the salary for the current experience is already low they haven't even given hikes or increments. On top of that, there is a 3yrs of bond with this kind of low salary and work stress.
