...tleat once the hotel is opened company has to call their employees for working . Till the employee can be treated as without pay leave.

Dislikes

The hotel have good working environment. But job security is first and foremost for their employees . Once the hotel is open hotel has call thier employee to join work , instead of hiring new staff. Because hiring of new staff will take time to set the working environment rather old staff is all known about their duties and responsibilities. Thanking you
