Worst work culture , nothing to learn and implement..just need to follow your reporting manager who have 0 experience at all about the retail. If you try to suggest something or implement new thing with experience , they will make you feel humiliated and guilty. Area sales manager behave like child they don't have manners to talk with employees , they don't know when to talk where to talk and how to talk. Before joining think twice . You'll get dipressed and loose your mental health.

...he employees. If somebody ask they say it's nothing personal it's pure business. We are here for cost cutting for company. Dear candidate don't go for this bloody, stupid and idiot company. Your life and career will suck.

...icle loading and unloading things. Some times stock take and last mile dispatch. Salary gets credited on 30th of every month. One of the Gurgaon warehouse manager is bloody thug and chor. Few tenure executive believes in nut sucking job. company is good but gurgaon warehouse is not a good place to work

Before you join please read this carefully You will be felt good that you joined this org however gradually it will become worst as people in wakefit speak illogical about everything Stores are made without washrooms employees are not being cared speacially in north Ratings are fake and done by inside employees only You will face harrasment when you want to leave the company Reporting manager will have grduge on you and will intentionally create problems for you Think 1000 times before joining as you may be asked to leave even if you don't perform in 1st 2 months. People have left because of this in north. ASMs are being hired who don't have any experiances and they literlly creates ruckus everytime I'll make sure to add more thing later

Poor work life balance , Terrible higher management support horrible dirty politics worst compensation and appraisal.They make you extend and sacrifice your offs for works cheap low category manager no recognition for hard work Pathetic tolerance and Empathy towards human personal issues,they torture you so much that you should forcefully resign.I have worked for 4year in and out and still 0 rewards for my hard work.Please make sure you are mentally for all this drama.
