OURS IS A TRADING BUSINESS, SKILLED MANPOWER PROBLEM DUE TO THE NAXAL-AFFECTED AREA, AND PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE ( OTHER STATES OR DISTRICTS AVOID ) ARE NOT WILLING TO COME FOR WORK. SIMULTANEOUSLY IF THE PRODUCTION LINE IS THERE THEN SKILLED MANPOWER WOULD COME IS CLEARED BY THE NMDC NAGARNAR STEEL PLANT, ITS THE TIME MAY BE THE WORKERS IN NMDC STEEL PLANT EMPLOYEES FAMILY MEMBER CAN JOIN OUT SOURCING BUSINESS ALSO FOR ADDITIONAL WORK EARNINGS

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
