...id whatever nominal amount. It doesn’t matter whether you get the work done. They start deducting your salary if you’re late by even 5 minutes. If you work overtime, it doesn’t matter since you’re “expected to do that”. There’s nothing that benefits the employees. Everyone is over loaded with work even the HR. They have to meet their targets and hence they intentionally send wrong Job descriptions lure the candidates for interviews and then offer them with lower grade profiles. And because of this people have started absconding from the company.

...balance No JD, functional SOP. Slavery bond, hire and fire policy and many more. Think twice before joining You won't get salary and relieving letter when you resign lead to future carrier obstacles. 0 star for work culture

...t care of employees. All HR employees are just considering themselves as owners. They impose 2 year bond for slavery and hold the salary when you resign. Please take the salary and leave immediately. No work to most of the employees. They hire employees on high post but do not assign people below then for work. Everything is experimenting here.No future plan for employees growth. Avoid signing any bond with them as they will hold your salary.

1. No work life balance 2. No technical work only GADHA HAMALI 3. Canteen facilities not provided by company one 3rd party contractor is working there you need to pay 50 rupees for full thali for that we need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes, same for all workers & staff, no sitting place in canteen they arranged seating in the walkway, worst experience ever, 10 minutes tea break one person will come on the line with tea pot with disposal & we need to be present there when he come if not you will not get the tea.. 4. Leaves -you will get 1.25 PL per month & 2 SL in 3 month, it feels like labor, if you absent all goes in the LOP 5. No transport facilities from nearby location for staff, available only from surat & Navsari 6. Tremendous load for unwanted things not in the technical aspects, no one will understand the problem only ask production even in the breakdown..

Salary benifits and flexible timing from mid management level.

Dislikes

Poor culture, no discipline, no parking, lots of politics, no facilities, most of person are from automobile and they don't have knowledge in electrical field and they appointed on management level position so no scope of learning new things.
