Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I loved the fact that it is a UK process healthcare agency where we get chance to market about the company globally and build the client relationship with applicants!

Dislikes

The compensation is decent but incentive is small. The leave policy is not appropriate and non friendly, however working days are 5 in a week!

The only good thing was Sat-Sun off. And Thank you to our Hr who made our Fridays better by arranging quiz , games and pizzas.

Dislikes

The Director is very helpful but the operation manager is the worst person recruited. No respect given to any employees.
