Most critical thing i faced in 15 yrs, most of employee take salary & run away without any notice period or small notice. Very few to comply notice period as per company policy. Management should take this seriously & work towards to demolishing this kind of culture.

Good for beginners as they provide lots of opportunities to grow. But very unprofessional at the sane time. Never do the full and final settlement and zero work life balance.

In wog I get a good platform for personal /technical/ social /administrative skill development, in this company I have also work on electrical and mechanical work.

If you are a person of principles and ethics then WOG is not a place for you! A bad work culture and environment. Not at all recommended for females

Everything! Terrible work environment. Even if you have leaves available in your account and you want to take leave on behalf of your family, say, if someone in your family is hospitalized, you will be badly criticised when you join back plus they will keep calling you while you are at home taking care of your family. Tjis company will be Highly dependent on you, you will be overloaded and least appreciating your work.
