Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like here, everything in VIT is like a dictatorship(Hitler Rule) from the management. They will not recognise System analysts in the company and they will not offer full time employment.

...e is, there is no difference between System Analyst and house keeping employees. Moreover salary will not go more than RS. 8000. Even after putting lot of efforts, and no appreciation if you extend and complete your work. The company will not offer full time employment, if you are working in IT department.

Good technologies, but based on our luck we will get.

Dislikes

Worst management, worst manger, Manager will never treat you like a employee, they treat you just like a resource. Think twice before joining. If you are having only offer then join, if you have other opportunities please think twice before joining.

I don't like anything in VIT, the politics which they will play against the employees are terrible.

Dislikes

They will not give a full time emp opportunity in VIT, you will be remained as intern or trainee only with the stipend of RS. 8000.
