I was subjected to mental harassment, emotional distress and constant fear of termination without reason. Good learning opportunities. Your will learn something but be ready to forget your friends and family.

... a labour. Even after the notice period they will delay your release/exp letter. Final salary can also be delayed, in some cases that is more that 3 months. Management is so arrogant they can't see outside of their well. Even office politics are there. Bootlickers everywhere alert. Almost everyone is fresher here because good experienced people leave this place because of the mental harrasment they've gone through. Everything is a mess.

... doors during office hours to restrict movement(just like we r kids of nursery).the problem of mine is not the salary, which is fyi is 9k-10k/month, but the stretching working hrs, which almost everyday become 10hrs, due to forced overtime, even when u r about to leave after 9.5hrs, the manager deliberately gives u tasks and demands updates of works assigned just 10-20mins ago, leaving no personal time. they strictly enforced the lunch time to 30mins and lock the doors from inside if someone late even by 10mins. on top of that they enforce a 2yrs. bond to make employees work in very depressing environment

Salary is on time. HR is very cooperative. Client is also flexible with work timings. This is a work from home job so there is no travel hassle. Good training support provided at the start of my career at this company.
