There is no work life balance. They will treat employees like Animals. No respect , no appreciation. Worst politics from management. If they find new employees immediately they will put old employees to PIP and terminate them.

work culture is toxic and no work life balance Senior manager are here to blame you and pass the ball on your head Always your will get involve in late night for any issue even you are on planned leave Very frequently process will get chance and new process will be introduced Manager are here to create unnecessary pressure Too much politics in senior management and because of this you will have to suffer.

The overall culture propagated from the top was value-based and every offsite they would even consider redefining the values that didn't work for the organization. The approach was collaborative work and learning towards the bigger goals/purpose of the organisation.

Hiring people at the managerial level, who would not fit the company culture

Founder and co-founder are great as but are losing control on running as product company as they have entrusted a politician to be in charge of our great product

Vymo as a company is on a fast decline all due to "Kaurav Sunj" is in charge of product. He and his close team are just politicians who have masterded the balme-game and escapism. Zero competency, no understanding of the market, shits in pants to face client or attend client meetings. Only road map he knows or executes is his home to office commute route map. Removing this incompetent, arrogant, ageing person who is an org killer is the only way to restore the client confidence in our product. Despite our many complaints no one acts to discipline this useless dead weight - is it scare, is he is so indispensable, or just waiting for the right time to sack him. If not done sooner, most of great folks would just leave due to this disgrace. #vymodiaries, we will add/share more with specific information.
