My team members taught me well. They will provide work from home in case employees are not able to come to office due to any difficulties. No strict dress code. There was nothing else likeable about the company. Valsaravakkam Office, WFO Mode.

Dislikes

Meaningless salary structure (it didn't comply to any government norms) , No practice of issuing salary slips, salary will be credited to employees only on the 10th day of the next month (Net 40 payment). Employees are poorly paid. They did not provide PF and ESI in the initial months. No proper appraisal system in place(vaguely conveyed to joiners) . Superiors interact with subordinates in a very unprofessional way. No proper training program for freshers. No proper working culture or system in place, they keep changing the system of working. Not at all recommended.

... for the freshers and experienced one can look to settled into the organisation. Everything is good, apart from salary increment and yearly compensation.

...and the needs of the employees and provide meaningful support whenever required.Moreover, receiving our salary on time further adds to the positive experience of working here. I am so satisfied with my time spent here that I would eagerly consider rejoining despite it being a relatively short span.

Don't have to keep up timing, can talk directly to the superiors if you have any issues they will sort it without any delay

Major dislike is the Ceo directly interacts with the new joinee as well Shouts at them Manager is for name sake they cant even process a leave or permission People who worked in Proper MNC dont join You can leave the office sharply , night shift guys have to wait around 30min to 1hr before the timing
