...re head of the developer Debdutta is a evil man. So keep your distance from him. He fired me and cut off my salary more than 60%. The owner of this company Vikash is just a puppet to him, so don't trust on vikash.

Nothing is good, there is no peace of mind here.

...... No job security - without any strong reason you will be fired at anytime . No salary satisfaction - if an employee says for his salary increment, then the company decides his replacement Two senior guy named as Debdutta Panda and Sumit Malo, whose behaviour is so bad, You will be a good person to them when you can start oil brush for them.

Nothing, A good, educated person can't be able to stay here as it's a very horrible place which actually destroy your mental peace.

...is students but unfortunately he doesn't have any idea about outside IT market. Extremely low salary, between 5 to 10k they are offering to fresher who are actually developer. No work culture and currently this agency doesn't have any HR as well, so think what's the condition 😅🤣
