i like the culture about the company but the salary package was very low and your salary may deducted from your Ctc after the cutting of the Ef/pf also .my suggestion is you can join the company for the culture and enjoy your day

My salary was created after 10 day from the actual date and for my friends it credited after 20 days this is my personal experience

...ple who are far from the office so they can easily go to the office hassle free. VXI provides good salary and advance financial support to help employees for their daily needs.

VXI is an Thriving Company with Great opportunities for oneself. It's been few months that I've joined VXI Global Solutions as a Training specialist and just in few months with the help of my Training Head & Manager , I've been able to learn and implement alot on the perspective of a Trainer and support the agents on floor. We have built a great Trust and that helps in maintaining my Work-life balance and making work very stressless. I'm also part of a Pilot project launch right now which is sooo helpful for my career. And Personally for me work place is also something that should help you improve your personality and at VXI that idea of " Doing it all " idea has come true where I got to organise team outing, be part of site engagement activities and competitions held at office. On terms of my personal growth and skill development I've got the great chance to be working along with Marketing team , Hr team that helped me understand how a diversified creative team works. Another thing that I've noticed mainly is that Women being at Managerial Level that's kind of inspiring for someone who is focused on Growth.

As of now I'm loving the work place, maybe Cafeteria food options could be more.

Well this is my first company, I have started my career from this only, at first the company culture and everything is good, I just only have gratitude, since it was my first company.

Too many things, first of all, the management was worst I ever seen, they literally don't know how to manage employees, there will be some rules like we can't stand or speak, it was like school culture man. Even if we get to performer continuously also we won't get any personal recommendation from them

My experience with VXI has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the continues support and feedback of my seniors and colleagues. After 11 months, I transitioned to the roll of IT Desktop Associate through IJP. This opportunity has allowed me to take on new challenges, grow professionally and further develop my skills within the company.

There may be certain things you may or may not agree with but once there is someone with you with whom you can discuss to analyse the work is what I like my point I want to keep in this section is disliking a part where all handle individually.
