There is a lot of politics and the management is not good. No salary hike. Now there is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign if you resign before that then you have to pay.

The salary of those employees who don't earn anything is also good People who are working for 4 years, their salary is 15 or 16 thousand rupees and people who are working for 2 years, their salary is 20,000 rupees in hand

...very bad situation, No hygiene. - No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary. - No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali. - you need to fight for leave - current month salary will credit on 5th day of next month .(Not month end).

One of a most pathetic company I have been working now Lot of politics No care for employees well being No job security Very bad behaviour of HR Leaders Policies are being changed for 1-2 employees in HR, much favourism
