Vulkan company is very best company no doubt,but theres senior persons are not good ,like asst manager , there very powerful political company.bolbachan is always most welcome but , honesty , sincere,hard working , employee don't come this company

Without intimation released to employees when employee need to take treatment,take rest for his critical situations.

Company culture is very good. Other employees are very supportive. I get more and more knowledge in vulkan.

Dislikes

The safety point of view working environment is not very good. Sometimes work for more than 12 hours are very painful for us.

Though company provides proper work life balance but there is internal politics which can harm you very badly. If any one joining please be aware of this as it may lead you to loss your job

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
