Honestly nothing much except the team you will work with. Promotions/Appraisal everything else is decided by politics and not results.

Micro management, politics, management driven by feedback and not facts and stats

I like my team members and those who are working with me in Anand office know me well and we have fun in between of work and that is every day, I also like the culture and environment of the company Although it's just been 6 months since I started working here, i have made good contacts over here. and playing carrom is what i like most, and i believe my team in Anand would agree on this.

Dislikes

I don't see anything specific that i dislike, apart from the carrom board, which has to be replaced, and i know a few people in the office who think they are seniors, but they act like fools sometimes, and they don't know they are under observation.

Old management was good, Currently they are doing politics with hard working employees and destroying the career of good people.

Current management is very bad, I don't think company will grow with the current management.

It was good when there was director, i feel its been a terrible exp after that as VP is handling who doesnt listen to there employees

Dirty politics by managers, no transparency, no compliance follow nothing

This is the first company which saw my potential and hired me. I have been constantly growing through regular training and appraisals. Can't thank my mentors enough for guiding me through every step.
