There is nothing that I like about this company.

1-No Leave Policies. 2-Lot of difference in on paper salary and actual salary. 3-Illiterate TL and Managers. 4- hire and fire policy. 5-no growth opportunity and nothing to learn. Just back to back calls. 6-Pathetic Transport. 7-No extra pay on Gazetted holidays. 8- No office infrastructure 9- Fully unhygienic conditions in the office. 10-No one listen to your grivances. In short do not join this company and spoil your career.

...r weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. When you have any concern & you speak to the HR, you will get 1 fixed answer We will get back to you.

...y. Company offer cross-training and learning opportunities for those interested. Salaries are always paid on time. Besides, talking of our HR personnel, they are very cooperative, and follow a robust process. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

... way. Transparency in policies process and approach of people that are working. Salary on time hikes competitive. Equal Treatement there is and no use of the buttering or similar. Facility benefit are of modern type and you will finding them to be very very useful.
