Salary is decent but career growth is very low. But I like and love this company.

Management not listen and work on the product problem and service issues. Lots of manipulation in accounts or services.

When employee wants to leave the company not completing notice period they are recover on grosse salary. Without any discussion transfer any way.

...gement is not supporting field employees also manager thinks only about himself. Also their is no hike for person who really deserve.

Like is there is no barrier for contineous learning from different departments Dislike is work life balance and planing propegenda is not upto the mark. Current time lot of politics is happening.

Work Culture and Support of boss in technical problem solutions is appricable, company is now more aggressive in expanding the business and you will get good opportunity in learning on shop floor / technical aspects every day.
