... without any prior notice which is different on paper despite of working hard. .Forget about salary hike, perks. .If at least timely compensation is received thats enough. .No medical compensation though you're permanent(which is an on paper policy). .No assured job security. .Could terminate anyone before completion of notice period or even within 3 days irrespective of the post. .

Company was very nice but with time things got changed and company lost it's vision and got into all kind of bad practices by creating internal conflict between employees, demotivating them, making them forcefully work for 15 hrs a day, seven days working was also there for some time & even after doing so much they were never prompt in clearing the dues, no one left the company happily and no one got the money committed by company. Talking about Job security, this company is even worse for that. They will make you work for hours and when work is done, they will say that you are not performing well and relieve him.Think twice before coming from any established firm.
