Worst of experience in Vsoft technology because I have 2 experience in but my salary was not increased but one who joined with me who got hike But salary was not sufficient Work was high No management support

...rity. you have to work as field engineer but they will not provide you T.A bill. And what I should tell you about Salary. It just terrible.

1) Zero Job security. Company can kick out the employee without giving any warning or hints 2) Clown management. Doesn't know what to do and what not to do. 3) No clearity of roles. Also Lots of ruckus between the departments 4) Very little work life balance 5) Owner of the organisation is very very egoistic 6) VSoft is an IT MNC but I cannot become a big organisation due the behaviour of its owner and management 7) Dumb management

I wrote this.... after 4Months... team members are very helping nature. due to covid im working from home. I need some time to write best review... special thanks to my team and my manger they are very nice.

some what package and benefits. except remaing all awesome. nice place for freshers and professional.

Team mates are supportive and you can get good software knowledge if you start you career form vsoft.

Dislikes

You need to work long hours in a day. No compensation for the extra work hours. You should not expect hikes and benefits in this company
