You if sugar coating good with boss and his favorite employee then they take you up and if you not then how much you are good they will out you. Tip: This after if you watch good reviews then understand that the dominating employee will force all employees to post good and nice.

They not give salary. Only giving lie promises. All the employees if you take hidden review talking bad(real, original bad) things about boss. Anyone calling anytime. No meal eating time is given. He call on holiday and ask to work.

Nothing. -100/10. Company policy changes everyday, they have different policies for different people.

...sonal level. Unsafe environment for female staff. People are being bullied. Less salary more work. They expect ppl to work as their slave. Unhygienic work place, setup done in a residential area, which makes it more unsafe for female staff.

Everything. Owner is dancing on cue of some stupid fellows and owner itself is a bad political. He plays politics with junior level employees. Sucha a fake company and fake people. Bad environment totally.

After reading all reviews, it is looking like this company is not good to work. But as I personally worked there for 3 years, there are lots of things I like - As a fresher, you are always welcome here. Owner is personally takes a chance to hire fresher and focus on his/ her skills or area of interests. You can get a new role of your choice even after joining in different role based on your opinion and interest. (I started as training coordinator, but I got a chance to work in graphic designer and then project mgt as well.) It helps me a lot in building my career. They rewards you with your efforts in work as well as in curricular activities. Work life balance is main, especially for female employees like me. Safe environment for females There are proper lunch/ tea/ dinner breaks are available. Proper office building for work Festival & cultural celebrations Off course, there are expectations to work hard which is required too, for you/ company. All reviews are looks fake to me.

Sometimes, you need to extend your support on holidays/ after working hours ( again, which is required at some points in every company)
