..., we have to do what and whatever they say. If they say fu....., We have to do.. but they will definitely provide salary, if we completly work for 1 month.

Team bonding was descent and training provided to the new is good. Salary is not upto the mark due to small scale firm & its marketing database analysis company & work life is easy but not satisfied.

Salary hike & less rating scale. Other benefits like PL Cl & leave without pay is not im rules as its private firm.

All the staff is co-operative. Seniors are good. Teach us to learn from eachother. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

There is contractual work. There is only one week off. There is long working hours. There is no yearly leaves. They are not providing Appointment Letter. There is no Increment. They are not providing transport facility.
