1 working on half Saturday and late night on month ends 2 they taught you skills but then get benefits from it without extra pay 3 you will be doing 2 our more work out of your job profile 4 there are so much choas in office

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The leadership, particularly GM Sachin Khetrpal, seems to lack the necessary knowledge to address ongoing issues, leading to a frustrating and unproductive environment. Overall, the work culture feels toxic
