CA vrinda Agrawal maskara pathetic lady boss I have ever seen.Her shoutings,she speaks very rubbish always frustrate by her family issues and as she can't manage two offices her firm and where she is associates she not only pressurize for work but also forced for single sided relationship with her favourite staff she makes the articles exam suffer her mental torture single sided compromise, gossips backbitching unfair treatment all the wrong doings and blame games are disgusting never work with that pathetic lady.she is the best insultor and humillator when I texted her for the blame games favouritism and all the other wrong doings especially that disgusting messages in my exam leave and her rude n disrespectful behaviour she blocked me then I texted in her firm member and office number she blocked me from that too nor paid the amounts also files the false police compaint harras parents also

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
