...I am with the HR services at Vrata Tech Solutions. My experience was really bad. Initially, they told me I'd get a salary of 7LPA, and we discussed this on a call with HR. They asked me to come to the office to meet the CEO to finalize the offer. I took time off from my current job and went there, but they didn't respect my time at all. I had to wait for more than 3 hours just to meet the CEO. When I finally met the CEO, instead of having a productive conversation, he just pointed out my mistakes and tried to make me feel bad. In the end, they offered me a salary of 4.5 LPA, which is less than the 4LPA I'm already making at my current job. I really hope the HR team at Vrata Tech Solutions learns to respect people's time and keeps their promises. This kind of behavior is not good for the company's reputation, and it's really frustrating for people like me who are looking for a job.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
