Timings here is strict ,There is a time to come but not to go.Meetings can starts anytime even after office timings.

...e told that its a big corporate ,nothing like this everything is fake and fraud.Experienced people are also given salary of a freshers and will be asked to do sale, even you joined on any position. You will be asked to join a team of frauds actually. They will ask you to handle the customers whose money they have not returned since long time. There are so many compliance issue with them and also FIR and Consumer forum complains are normal there every day. They do not have products available but they have registered thousands of products without illegally.

Enhancing your capability to lie, scam, do fraud and make fool out of everyone.

Dislikes

All the amenities they say that they are going to provide will not be provided. Tom and conditions for the sales person could be flipped anytime they want. Making fool is the basic part of the company from customers to their employee. If you are ethical person and no how to make ethical sale then take my words you will not join or stay there for a single week.

Vplak is a wonderful place to work, and I am grateful to be a part of such an incredible team. The management at Vplak is excellent and they are very supportive of their employees. We are provided with all the necessary tools and resources required to perform our job to the best of our ability. They encourage us to grow and develop our skills.

The only thing which needs a little bit of improvement is communication between different departments.

Vplak is very supportive and helpful to their employees, I am learning new things day by day which will help in the future, and the staff of the company is very motivated and responsible for their duties. It gives me growth opportunity.

1. The company has a fresh and creative approach towards its customers. 2. It has a work environment which involves learning and knowledge at its core. 3. VPLAK balances its employees, customers and vendors satisfaction at its best. 4. The company does not only hard, but smart work also by which it reduces its cost efficiency and increases its earning capacity

Dislikes

The Penalty policy is not satisfactory.
