"सबसे पहले Hr आपको हर महीना वेतन मिलेगा ऐसा बोलेंगे लेकिन जो की मिलेगा भी लेकिन 3 महीनों के बाद वेतन आपको तीन तीन महीनो देरी बाद मिलेगा उसमे भी जब तक क्लाइंट बिल मिलेगा तब ही वेतन मिलेगा, यदि आप तीन महीनो बाद hr से पूछोगे वेतन क्यों नही मिल रहा हैं तो वो बोलेगा कम्पनी अपने घर से पैसा नही देगा "

Salary will be stopped for 3 months. "First of all, HR will say that you will get salary every month, but you will get it, but after 3 months, you will get salary after a delay of three months, in that too, you will get salary only till the client bill is received, if you ask salary from HR after three months. If he is not getting it then he will say that the company will not give money from his house.

All the officials are very kind in nature, Supportive as well as helpful.

...uld be hold in every year that we can enhance the bonding between our Colleuges. Salary Structure should be increased & the annual hike should be provided.

Actually enjoying going to my job every day ,I love a little bit of every thing planning. I love that I have a great degree of control and with in my job

There is no any compensation and benefits, ther is no Carrer growth

If you are starting your career then it is fine. You get to learn a lot. Even if you are a fresher you are given an entire project to handle with minimum help. So, although it becomes tough but it also makes you accustomed to handling pressure

Well heres a few 1. Pay is terrible. Salary delay 2. Growth is limited 3. HR support is also terrible 4. My full and final settlement is still pending even after leaving the organisation in 2017.

They paid every month salary during lockdown in the year 2020.

This Company is really terrible. They don't have salary structure, no promotion, no holidays (only 3 in a year), no on-time payment and no diwali bonus.
