3 महीना वेतन रुकेगा. "सबसे पहले Hr आपको हर महीना वेतन मिलेगा ऐसा बोलेंगे लेकिन जो की मिलेगा भी लेकिन 3 महीनों के बाद वेतन आपको तीन तीन महीनो देरी बाद मिलेगा उसमे भी जब तक क्लाइंट बिल मिलेगा तब ही वेतन मिलेगा, यदि आप तीन महीनो बाद hr से पूछोगे वेतन क्यों नही मिल रहा हैं तो वो बोलेगा कम्पनी अपने घर से पैसा नही देगा "

Salary will be stopped for 3 months. "First of all, HR will say that you will get salary every month, but you will get it, but after 3 months, you will get salary after a delay of three months, in that too, you will get salary only till the client bill is received, if you ask salary from HR after three months. If he is not getting it then he will say that the company will not give money from his house.

They paid every month salary during lockdown in the year 2020.

This Company is really terrible. They don't have salary structure, no promotion, no holidays (only 3 in a year), no on-time payment and no diwali bonus.

Salary is not in on time ... They will provide salary when Client clear the Bill. With company is good but if u can't provide salary on time then what is use of being to stable in this company

There is no security as long as they required they will pay you and once the project gets finished they will give notice period to you.

...rowth they will just make out the work done from you as long as they required. There will not be any kind of increment in your salary with respect of your performance. Moat of the employees are of contract base for the on going projects As long as the project is running they qill get the job done from you and once its gets finished no security of job.
