There is a sense of pride in working with the Volvo Group..VFS , in particular is process driven and is highly customer focussed. VFS fosters a culture of inclusiveness, equal opportunity provider while treating each employee with respect.

Sometimes the strength of the organisation is its weakness. I find at times, process of decision making is long drawn.
