Compensation is bad, work pressure is high. Biased Managers. If you are new and outsider , you get undue blame as scapegoat even if it's not your fault and you have to adjust to whims of Seniors.

Excellent doctors , multispecialty departments , availability of round the clock emergency care , makes this a truly desirable health care destination. The hospital is NABH accredited and actively participated in the CM Health insurance scheme and the PMJay scheme

hurtful and demotivating the staff.from nursing higher level persons .night duty staff also compulsory attending the meeting and class this is more difficult to maintaining good health
