I was a Technician and had some hands on experience in servicing cars. Learnt some basics n developed my knowledge.

Dislikes

...got job to be a Technician.Lot of unnecessary politics. No benefits in anything. No salary slip,offer letter was being provided though many time asking the HR.

... this team. Top management to be trained how to manage corporate work ethics , Salary somehow credited on time but getting variables/incentives is a day dream

1.Nice food 2.Great atmosphere 3.Few leaders do care about their subordinates 4.Bus is available everywhere in Pune

Dislikes

1.Salary hike is very low 2.some people get yearly promotion and some will not get even in 7 years 3.HR doesn't care about people salary and few people's get yearly 25% and some will get 2% even if he performs well 4.company is far from city so more travelling time 5.Production people behave like animal that much work pressure is there in production from top bosses 6.More preference to girls for anything like salary, increment, promotion this is something toxic

Creates good reputation amongst family/friends/relatives when you work with this company. Facilities provided to employees are good.

Dislikes

Many Managers here have got promoted very quickly. But now they feel, reducing headcount/provides very low salary hike/holding promotions is very essential for cost cutting... as company is not doing good business this year(that's what they say every year). Corporate politics can kill your job at any point of time in your career with this organization. No matter how well did you served earlier.

...n nd good bonus nd incentives scheme. But during lockdown company not supported.Job risk,salry cutt off,I m working since 2012 with Volkswagen but salary deduct main reason to change the job.

salary is decent but career growth slow. last 2 year top performer in company .but new joining people salry high nd I m still working with company in low amount salary.This is not good.
