Dislikes

No work culture. It seems that the company is hijacked by super bosses & there chamchas. Environment inside the org. is not good, people backbiting you all the time, bosses are incompetent in men management. No hierarchy to escalate your concern, as HR behaves like an agent of super bosses. About growth, it only possible if you are in good books of your boss (it is not so uncommon, but here in VWITS its most req. qualification).

Great work life balance. If lucky one can get onsite visit for few weeks.

.... 5.Lots of micro mangment is there. 6.Not a good company for freshers to start. They offer little bit more salary than service based company but once joined one will find that fresher good in coding or development is tagged to non development or support project and fresher with no knowledge of development or coding skills assigned to development or better project. 7.As a fresher think twice before joining the company because it is crucial for career advancement from where and in what technology you are starting.

The company culture is not good. People are too laid back and every simple work takes a lot of time. Reluctance to adapt new technologies and anyone who dares to have a different approach is neglected and shown the door. a lot of politics in play and lack of career growth.
