Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... but this is just a delusional picture which come down when you spend one month. Organization has very autocratic approach towards its employees, worst part salary is not processed in time some its the third week when you get your salary.there is no hr just to create a false picture they maintain a separate mail id but it is taken care by same person. Reimbursement take 6 months to process.Behaviour is totally unprofessional. In 2016 there were 17 people in the organization but now only 6 left. There is no career growth for finance people only xbrl filing is done they claim that they have audit and other finance related works but they are totally false.
