The company is bias or you say they do favouritism. Stress work culture Any day you're the next person to get fired or they will request you to put down the papers I worked here for almost 2 years and have saw many things regarding bias Some employers gets work from home just because they stay far away (misha) is the person and when actually someone needs work from home they say no or just say it as take leave.

first month they will treat you as the king they will not discuss anything and suddenly make pressure that you are not working would recommend you not to join as it will not help salary will be lucrative and they will give you but make sure you just don't loose the jobs where are you just for the sake of money in volar fashion Owner is good but Mr sandeep is the one where you need to take care of it He will control everything for the company and he does not know how to deviate the work between the organisation as he is scared if someone come and take his responsibility and jobs

The brand and their Directors have 0 knowledge and they feel they know everything They spend 0 Rs on marketing and then tell employees to get result. They make employees do market research and then don’t spend at the time of last step that is payment. They always keep hiering , the MD Jaya Thirani, Director Sandeep & HR Khadija are the worst in the firm. The C.E.O is too good but always out of the loop. It is a family business so C.E.O is always helpless. Worst place to work they do let employees eat in the office and you can’t eat except lunch time, you need to wash your cups and glass if you drink tea or coffee in spare time. Zero hygiene and Zero maintenance, No POSH policy, no employee safety. The footwear is not from street of London or U.S.A it is from street of suburbs. The manager designation is always vacant after 2months. I request do not join that firm. They will hire first and in 2months they will ask you to leave as they are facing bankruptcy.

The working culture is really bad because of the dirty politics. The so called unethical people have been hired since years and do behave like bosses around. I have increased my stress levels due to this job and there is no work management here. Everyone is literally doing timepass and no creativity! Wishing luck to the brand with these stupid employees !
