The company is bias or you say they do favouritism. Stress work culture Any day you're the next person to get fired or they will request you to put down the papers I worked here for almost 2 years and have saw many things regarding bias Some employers gets work from home just because they stay far away (misha) is the person and when actually someone needs work from home they say no or just say it as take leave.

The working culture is really bad because of the dirty politics. The so called unethical people have been hired since years and do behave like bosses around. I have increased my stress levels due to this job and there is no work management here. Everyone is literally doing timepass and no creativity!
