...provided to work. Lots of peer pressure. No guarantee for career of your choice. Poor compensation and no bonus at all. Low pay. No professional training, just waste of time for about 6-9 months. Managed by some old guys in their old ways.

Extremely disappointed with Volansys management team. They kept my offer on hold for about 15 days and then also negotiated with me on salary even after approving and suddenly after 10 days they reject and say we are going ahead with a different candidate. This is not professional behaviour. They don't mention your salary on offer letter too. HR gives you no updates also. Sometimes they say we are going ahead and after few days they just reject you. I would not suggest anybody to join here. I had already seen so many reviews regarding poor management and now I have also faced it. DO NOT JOIN VOLANSYS. I'm glad I haven't re-signed.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but not support Career growth.
