The office is mostly empty, so we don't feel space congestion. The management is very ambitious.

Dislikes

The management is work oriented which is good and they appreciate the work as well but they don't give remuneration. They give 2%-4% hike. No canteen in office. So employees have to arrange their own lunch, snacks. The start time of office is fixed but no end time. You are expected to work until management is not happy. No need to look at the watch. The hiring team is not skilled in finding the apt talent. They hire and fire. Employees are fighting among themselves.

for new employee they are giving what ever you ask. They will not leave you if you not at all working also.

Dislikes

they are not giving good hike to employees. they are not caring about old employees. 3 yr experience guy will get more than 6 year experience guy.

Resources coordination and willingness to help each other whenever required. Team bonding and collaboration.

Dislikes

No initiative for any kind of employee welfare, their motivation or skill improvement. They don’t schedule any skill training. Employees are left on their own after recruitments. HR team is least supportive and entirely plays in hands of 3-4 seniors people in management. They never listen to any of the employee concerns. Worst work culture that one can imagine. Working for such.company should be avoided and good industry talent should not be waste their time, talent and skill here.

It's one of the worst company one can ever imagine.Its better to be joblesd better than be here.CTO and CEO no body has sympathy for employee they just think about the business.projects are very unreliable n once the project is over they will throw you out without notice period.The Delivery Head Subhash who is close relative of the cofounder is main game player.He don't have knowledge of anything.He is person without brain.

Dislikes

No work culture, no process, nobody thinks about employees, no ethics,No professionalism,No HR policy even you don't get insurance n leaves in your probation.

Likes

Flexibility and great work culture. Appreciates individual and gives rewards accordingly. Depends on clients but no problem from acro team.

Dislikes

Nothing much. But the applications to update holiday and leaves are dated. Which causes issue for taking leaves. But if you have good repo with client, all gets sorted.
