First i would like to say that Voith as a global organisation is one of the best to work in having worked to overseas colleagues in various capacities and in various project all across i can vouch for the same. But Voith India is a different story alltogether, its more of a 'Indian Lala' company that anything else and with extreme politics inside. Voith Germany have the best paper machinery equipment and services that only few others can compete with. The colleagues in Voith are like a family but its a different story with the managers and above.

...se products to unsuspecting customers who forever remain unsatisfied henceforth. They also have the worst policies for site deputation and quite poor pay in comparison to the market standard. The worst is managers and VPs always use employees as a pawn in their dirty politics and employee suffer miserably. And to make things worse it is seen that the best employee is the one who leaves office last and not who works efficiently, and buttering is sure to give you high rating during appraisals.

Once you join, they will start pressuring you to sign a 5-year bond. However, during the interview and onboarding process, they won’t mention it. I had a stable job, but I wanted growth, that is why I decided to join this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect this situation to arise. Now, I’m actively looking for other opportunities.

Very good company. I am realizing now with compare to other company that Voith Paper , kolkata is a very good organization for work. You will get a stress free work load with complete 100% work life balance.

Way of working is very bad here. No one thinks about innovative way of work. Nobody thinks about companys future. Its like a govt office. Knowledge enhancement is not possible here.

Voith has a good reputation of serviving more than 150 years with many fractionation of political and natural scopes. As a product & service based company it's really hampered to today's pandemic crisis. Company is supporting us WFH upto now.
