...o job security if they want to terminate you they will, by giving silly excuse. Once you left they will hold your salary and will not give you experience letter untill you pay the bogus amount. Being an MNC they are scam, specially in India No wonder they are in loss.

There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.

Work life balance, job security, learning and development is good, colleagues are good. Very good company with few narcissistic bosses.

Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses

No job security, usually you join for one project , u work on different project. Thing keep changing on top level, line manager usually don't have any long term vision for team. Very less chance for internal hiering, for internal job you need setting or they have strict criteria same like external candidates. So no opportunity to work on different technologies.
